Reconciliation or vengeance? “Dead white guys” pay posthumous price for residential schools
Some Canadian aboriginal activists think the $60M Truth and Reconciliation Commission just wasn’t enough for their liking.
Staffed with 75 people, 48 of them aboriginal, which allowed our nation to hear and empathize with the testimonies of 6,000 former residential school students, didn’t result in enough “reconciliation” for their liking.
So they’re taking their self-righteous wrath out on dead white Canadian men in their eternal resting places.
